Order Processing Time:
Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-7 business days after the order is placed.
- Candles and scented wax decor usually shipped within 1-5 business days
- Crepe Paper Floral usually processed and shipped within 3-7 business days
Return and Refund Policy
We DO NOT accept return as all our products are handcrafted; however, you can still be eligible for a refund or exchange if the product received is damaged or defective.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate refunds or exchanges.
